What our client wanted

To raise awareness of The Big Game 2 and widen the Harlequins’ casual supporter base by introducing a new audience. Maximise the limited budget to achieve a 78K capacity sell out at Twickenham Stadium.

What we did

A fully integrated, multi-media, multi-disciplinary campaign including experiential, digital, outdoor, promotions, radio, press/PR, sponsorship, celebrity appearances and digital affiliates.

Development and delivery of a high profile and memorable match-day experience, contract negotiation and management of X-Factor finalists.

What we achieved

76,716 attendance - breaking the record for a standard club pool fixture at Twickenham Stadium (previously 26,000).

This achievement drew praise from many within the rugby community.
